He is such a girl.
Name: Makena
Age: His exact age is unknown. It's estimated to be around several thousand years, though he has been physically aware and conscious for a much shorter period of time - only five years or so. Appears to be in his early to mid teens.
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Hair - Medium blue, barely brushes his shoulders. Appears dyed. Likes to clip it back or pull it into a ponytail.
Eyes - Darker blue.
Height - 5'6"
Build - Slender, almost androgynous.
Complexion - Medium-dark tan.
Personality: Despite his age, Makena is naive and appears to know next to nothing about the world. What little he does know, he keeps written down in a small bound book - "so I don't forget again", to put it in his words. He's a bit of an airhead and he occasionally gets flashes of memories that are not his own. At least, he doesn't think they are... but hey, it's not like things haven't slipped his mind before. His name, for one thing. "Makena" is just a word he read someplace that he thought sounded pretty. Where? If only he could remember...
History: Born as a river, he went through most of his existence without a whole lot going on. One day the river and the land around it were cursed, leaving its "spirit", Makena, homeless and utterly confused. He didn't understand why he couldn't return to how things were before, only that he had to get away and that he couldn't ever come back. He can't recall much of his life before being forced out, though fragments of before still come back to him sometimes. He doesn't understand them, but he's come to accept and disregard them for the most part. Essentially, the accident left him as half a person. No memories, no knowledge of who he is or what sort of place he's in - just a shell of a body to inhabit and a blank diary he found in a dumpster.
Extras: The first ten pages or so of the diary are filled with his tiny, cramped writing. On the very first page, bolded and underlined, he has written the name he found for himself so he doesn't forget it. Most of his handwriting is near illegible.
How did he learn to read and write? How about you stop asking questions, son. >C
Note: I did not draw these pictures and they aren't actually of Makena, they just remind me of him. Please don't sue my ass.
