"Don't worry," Flash held up his hands. "I don't just go flinging static around." That was... partially true. He did have a habit of building up static and 'depositing' it in doorknobs. Ohhh the unsuspecting faces. It could be pretty great. "Your roommate sounds like a handful, that's for sure." His eyes went to her bag as she continued, and he wondered what all she could possibly fit in there, and why in the world she was dragging it around in the middle of the night. He paused for a moment.
"Wellllll... maybe I could pick something up for you next time I go in," he suggested. He actually wasn't trying be flirty for once, and hopefully wasn't coming across as such. He was, surprisingly, genuinely interested in what she might be able to do with better materials. "I need some new supplies too - maybe we need some of the same things. It's cheaper to buy more anyway."

Dragon snorted. "She's harmless, really. But I am surprised you haven't heard of her. I'd thought most people knew her... She's sort of hard to miss." Also, she could occasionally make shadows wiggle. It wasn't much of an ability yet, but Dragon knew not to underestimate a seemingly lame power. When she was really little, she actually hadn't known how not to dissappear when parts of her body were in shadows. It had seemed like more of a disadvantage than anything, since she couldn't go outside without being revealed rather quickly. But she'd gotten control, and the more control she'd gotten, the more awesome she had become.
Too bad Lilith and control were mutually exclusive, really.
Dragon fixed Flash with a searching, icy glare. Was he being a pervert again? In the end, she just shrugged. "I haven't got a dime to my name." The stare that followed absolutely DARED him to even TRY offering to buy her something. Even he probably wasn't that stupid. Poor people had nothing if not pride. "I'll just keep robbing my way up the ladder."

"I've never been the best with names," he said simply. He toyed a little bit with the strings on his guitar again, having picked it back up, before unplugging it and flicking the amp off. As he looked back up from the instrument, the girl fixed him with a positively ferocious gaze, and he knew he'd stepped on something he shouldn't have. Rrrrrawr, okay. Fine. He'd just pick up his normal stock plus a little, and hope that there's be enough to go around. With his luck, though, she'd steal the stuff he only had so much of and actually needed. Ffff- lady luck was sure toying with him lately.
"If you insist," he said, though perhaps with a slight irritation to it. So stubborn... it seemed that he was always attracting girls with hard heads. Maybe it was the other way around.
As if the mood wasn't already dying quickly, it was but a few moments later that a certain girl returned with a wincing sort of look about her and a familiar secretary close behind.
"Soooo... guys..." Oh shi-

The mood was fading fast, and Dragon was remembering that she disliked Flash for a reason. At that point, Mika burst back in with the secretary in tow, and Dragon knew it was time for her to get the hell out of dodge. Let Flash face this one on his own... There was no way she was facing that steely glare for anything, let alone him. She faded back into the shadows and, hidden, darted back towards her own room.
"So," Miss Secretary said, her arms folded and her hair somehow pulled back into a perfect tight bun despite it being two in the morning. "Who wants to explain to me how this came to happen?"
